SELLER GUIDELINES & TIPS : LISTING ITEMS

Physical Product Items Only! - No Jokes, News, or Services.
Golf Collectibles Related Items Only
No Clubs or Equipment unless a limited edition collectible or autographed item
When listing, select a 'Collection' that pertains to your listing - ie "Trading Cards" or "Autograph Item", etc.
Make Accurate Listing Titles - Clearly describe your item - more is better!
Make Detailed Condition Reports - Be transparent about the condition of your item.
Have Timely Shipping - Ship within expected time (usually 2 days) unless stacking/progressive shipping.
Provide At Least Two Photos Of Your Item - but the more photos the better!

Use Your Referral Code - Promote your store offering the discount and you'll also earn referrals!

LIVE SELLING GUIDELINES & TIPS

Live selling is more and more popular and is a great way to bring engagement to your current customers and potential customers! Showcase inventory and promote in real time!

Be descriptive in live show titles (e.g., "Golf Show" or "Golf Cards" or "Autgraphed Items").
Show item visibly when auctioning, mentioning any condition issues.
Avoid music playing - This ensures we can multicast your streams to YouTube for more exposure.
Do Giveaways - although it will be an expense on your end (Your cost of item + shipping), it is a great way to gain followers and grow your store/account! Only your followers can enter your giveaways!
Follow proper scheduling - We will do our best to space out shows as we grow.
Raid other sellers - If another live show is running when yours end, feel free to send your audience there! Let's all help other stores in our community! #NobodyIsACompetitor mindset!
Invite your Seller Friends to Co-Host a Live with you! -- The possibilities are endless: run live sales with each other, conduct interviews, or just hang out with a friend on live. Hosts and Co-Hosts can add their own respective listings to the Live Store. Bringing a listings to the Stage, handling order fulfillment, and receiving payouts for both the Host and Co-Host remain the same as if each were running their own show.

Live Selling Rules
No gambling-style games - This includes raffles, mystery pulls, and chance-based games.
Schedule your shows ahead of time to maximize visibility.
Ensure quality lighting and video setup for clear presentation (use a phone stand for a stable viewing experience)... at this time live selling is only by smartphone

Fee Structure:
No Listing Fees! Golf Collectibles Marketplace charges 10% plus processing fees (usually 2-3%) on sales. 5% of the 10% goes to platform programming/maintenance and 5% of the 10% supports our marketplace. Subscriptions may be offered at a later time to provide a 2% discount on selling fees, the featuring from time to time of your business & products on our Marketplace and on many of our websites and social media channels and the sharing of some of your auctions, listings, and livestreams to many of our network social media channels!
